Nathanael Noiraud

Nathanael is an accomplished Leader, Entrepreneur, Investor and Ambassador (InterNations, FrenchFounders (2016-19), city of Toulouse).


He holds a MSc from Toulouse business school, an MBA from the University of Dayton, OH and is a Malaysia "Resident Pass - Talent". He has successfully founded and led new businesses (Regional offices, Joint-Ventures...) and multiple teams across various geographies in Asia-Pacific for MNCs such as GAMELOFT and SEEK since 2011.


Nathanael founded NSCS (N-Strategy Consulting Services Ltd.) in 2016 with the vision of building bridges between Asia-Pacific and the rest of the World for disruptive technologies.


NSCS enable, accelerate and invest in Tech companies’ success in APAC thanks to its 60 collaborators. In less than 3 years NSCS has served more than 60 clients and 15 partnerships, including BrainSoft, a French-Swiss-Malaysian Joint-Venture in Artificial Intelligence, NeuraMetrix and various strategic partnerships such as the ongoing expansion of EVA (Electric Visionary Aircrafts) into Southeast Asia to bring Compact Electric Aircrafts into the region by 2020.


Michael Garvey

Michael Garvey has lived and worked in all the major Asia-Pacific Markets over the past 34 years. Specialised in Market Entry and Business Matching for client companies in diverse markets across the region, Michael has been stationed in Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur at different times, since he moved to Asia in 1983.


Michael has spent his career working in Business Development across the region, initially focusing on bringing investment from Asia-Pac into Ireland, working with IDA Ireland - the Government’s Investment Promotion Agency.


From 1998 to 2013 he worked with Enterprise Ireland, establishing and managing agency offices across Asia, Africa and the Middle East, promoting Irish exports by assisting Irish companies with market entry and in finding local partners for these companies in diverse sectors and in different countries. From 2013 to 2016 Michael managed and expanded operations across Asia-Pac for Invest Northern Ireland, promoting exports by Northern Irish companies into the Asia-Pacific region.


In all of his roles across the region, Michael has worked both at Government level, encouraging closer economic ties between countries and directly with individual companies, helping them grow their business in, and exports to, the region.


Since June of 2016 Michael has been an independent consultant, working with a portfolio of firms interested in developing their Asian business. His hands-on approach with client companies, helping them enter regional markets, combined with his deep knowledge of the major Asian markets, has resulted in very successful projects across the region.


Now based in Malaysia, his current projects are focused on a wide range of countries and markets across Asia-Pacific, Michael is a great asset to NSCS Team thanks to his notable experience and polyvalence. 


Stephanie Soubret

Graduated from ISCOM Paris and Poligny Hotel School, Stephanie started her career with Pierre Gagnaire, a famous star chef in Paris, then she look after sales and event activity at the Sofitel Hotel in Marseille.

Desirous of developing her strategic and operational skills, Stephanie has continued her career in different communication agencies  and worked for different sectors such as food and beverage, large distribution, tourism, luxury hotel business, french lifestyle.

After 15 years of experience in strategic positions, Stephanie is now located in Kuala Lumpur and she has integrated NSCS to drive European (especially French and Swiss) brands successful launches in Asia-Pacific.

Her competences, efficiency, organization, adaptability and determination to defend your ideas and implement relevant communication plans make her a real asset for NSCS. And she is always completing her missions with an overflowing energy and a great mood!


Francesco Bonafine

Francesco has more than 12 years of working experience in IT and Online Business. He has worked in IBM, Google and other companies, leading the incubator-oriented enterprises to develop market strategies to promote corporate profits. Francesco can be fairly defined a digital marketing guru, he has 7 years of experience in SEM/SEO/Online Advertising and Sales with Google.


During this period he has managed the online reputation for major brands like Mitsubishi, Ferrari, Louis Vuitton, P&G and set up sales  teams for Google in different geographies. Francesco has had the opportunity to work with major digital agencies such as Universal Mc Cann, Ogilvy and Mindshare.


Francesco is Google Ads/ Analytics certified. In addition to that he also attended the IBM international sales school in 2006 and completed the Stanford University Project Management Online Education Program in 2011.


Francesco has lived in Asia-Pacific for 6 years and is currently based in Hong-Kong. In 2017 has co- founded the digital agency Digital Nomads Hong Kong which has become official Google Partner. In addition to that in May 2018 he started a new company focused on product management and innovation, Materia, with another ex-Googler.


At NSCS, he is bringing all his experience and seniority to the Team. His in-depth experience in nowadays digital economy makes him a key asset within our team. We are very happy to have him on board to work on various range of strategic projects for a greater development and growth of our clients and partners in Asia-Pacific.


Nathan Javier

Nathan is an art-based Creative Director who is not afraid to write copy from time to time. Before going solo, he had worked in only one agency: Jimenez. In 16 years, the agency went through several name changes and multinational partners - DMB&B, D’Arcy, Basic, and currently Publicis - while he took on ever-increasing roles; starting as an Art Director in 1993 to Head of Design and Activation in 2007, and as a member of the Executive Committee in 2009.


Taking his extensive experience in conceptualizing ads for numerous local and international accounts such as San Miguel, Jollibee, Pfizer, P&G, and Coca-Cola, Nathan started a one-man team at Hoist in 2009. Hoist is a boutique design and advertising consultancy office where the people that he occasionally collaborates with, whether it be in accounting, account service, or creative are all freelance. This set-up ensures the creation of a collated team of professionals for every client need.


Nathan started to work with NSCS from the early days mid-2016. He is the man behind our logo and has contributed to various projects thus far. His seniority coupled with his talent represent a major asset for NSCS. We are looking at an ever-growing collaboration as NSCS clients base is growing fast with more and more design & branding missions to perform.


Stephan Sindermann

Stephan has a B.A. degree in International Business Communication from SDI München and brings along 5 years of experience within IT and Engineering recruiting across various industries.


His permanent and contracting staffing solutions allows him to supports clients throughout their recruitment lifecycle. With his various business delivery models such as RPO, talent acquisition, interim recruitment as well as HR-staffing strategy advisory, he is guiding clients on their staffing needs on global bases. No Matter if there is a single position or an entire team to be hired, Stephan can deliver not only what a client wants but what he actually needs, making him a trusted advisor.


Listening, communication and languages abilities are key factors to Stephan success, he is native in German and Portuguese as well as fluent in Spanish and English. He therefore is able to recruit and find the right talent globally.


Within NSCS, as an ultimate team player with a great expertise on digital and tech recruitment, he is bringing his substantial expertise in various missions. He also has a deep knowledge of the German market which opens more doors to new opportunities for NSCS.  


His experience combined with his exposure to the German economy makes him a unique asset for N-Strategy Consulting Services.


Pascal Jeannenot

Pascal started his career in both Europe and Japan creating and managing the Japan Equity desk at Société Générale in 1988 until 1996 where he moved to London with the Japanese financial institution Mitsubishi United Financial of Japan. 


In 2003, he joined Fintech financial vendor Factset Research Systems to create and localize extensive database of the Japanese mutual fund industry and has closely followed Japan financial industry trends since then. He has 20 years' experience in cross-border Business Intelligence project management between Japan Asia and Europe servicing customers across a wide array of industry verticals. From 2006 to 2011 he was Japan country representative for Independent Investment Partners a private consultancy partnership offering Business Process Outsourcing services to European companies into Japanese institutional investors universe. Since 2012 until present time Pascal rolled out from the ground EMEA, Japan, APAC, ANZ VAR Channel Partners network for innovative French software geo B.I editors key technology partners of Qlik the global leader in self-service Business Intelligence. 


Pascal has strong customer-centric mindset that is delivering services and products that really meet customer’s demand in Asian cultural environments and is a strong believer in out-of-the-box strategic thinking to leverage JAPAC channel partner’s ecosystems and meet end customer’s needs. Passion to deliver and provide disruptive innovation bridging the gap between Asian markets and European companies in addition to building long-term sustainable partnerships.

Tristant Pelissier-Tenot

After living in Australia and studying at the UQAM in Canada, Tristan started his career in high-tech in Paris as a Senior Sales for FREE, the fastest-growing French Internet provider of the last decade.


Being an entrepreneur at heart, he then worked with a few handpicked partners to distribute culinary products of exceptions to several great chefs and restaurants of the capital. 


Tristan's involvement in the creation of another startup to promote international music artists and his role as Project Manager for SFR and ORANGE also enabled him to expand his experience and complete his long list of achievements.


His multidisciplinary knowledge and approach makes Tristan a resourceful collaborator who knows how to adapt to the diversity of the interactions and missions we successfully lead within NSCS for various French Startups and SMEs.


Tristan is a great asset for N-Strategy Consulting Services, he contributes every day to the successful internationalization of French startups and SMEs in Asia-Pacific.


Franck Veydarier

Franck is a senior professional with over 15 year’s experience supporting the main players of the Energy Industry in South East Asia and Middle East.


Involved in the initial start-up, stage development and management of a few new businesses and subsidiaries with proven success in forging partnerships with key technological partner, developing innovative range of services such as training and engineering solutions suited to an ever-changing industry demand.


Entrepreneurial spirit, working in a diverse culture environment within small and medium enterprise either as shareholder, board member, director or consultant with large account client such as Total, BP, Petronas, Alstom, Technip, Franck is hands on with a solid grasp of key business processes, growth strategy and value creation.


Living as a primary base in Malaysia for 20 years and being in a multi-cultural family has given Franck a unique understanding on approaching business dealings and communication challenges in Asia and Middle East.

Thanks to his diverse experiences and unique expertise, Franck is a major asset to the NSCS Team. 


Julie Landeroin

After graduating from EMLYON Business School with a Master of Science in Management, Julie 

joined Capgemini Consulting as a Transformation and Organisational Design Consultant for European 

Multinational Companies. Her projects led her to work across 20 European and African countries to tailor the centrally designed strategies to local markets, cultures and networks before the rollout phase. She gained an in depth expertise in change management and understanding of how to pace and lead various foreign stakeholders to turn them into project sponsors. 

She was then called upon to join LafargeHolcim as an Internal Operations Auditor, covering all processes from Finance to Sales and Human Resources (HR) across the Asia Pacific region  ̶mostly Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, India, China and Australia. As she covered HR topics and became particularly interested in Intercultural Communication, she started indepth research on the topic to find solutions to challenging interactions between cultures for companies venturing in Asia Pacific and within multicultural companies. 

In early 2018, she left the corporate world and founded Questnation in Singapore, a HR consulting 

company focusing on how to successfully engage employees and make teams stronger by enhancing 

inter-cultural and inter-generational communication. She now works both for Western multinational 

companies and start-ups and is a referenced trainer for the world leader in intercultural training & 

consulting. She also works with a French leader in the industry, providing insights to the French Top 

40 listed companies (CAC40). 

As a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach, certified by the American Board of NLP and the 

International association of Coaching Institutes, she also leverages NLP tools and techniques to teach 

leaders how to adjust their state of mind and perceptions on demand in order to achieve their goals. 

Having lived on 3 continents and worked with more than 50 different nationalities, Julie now brings 

her experience and knowledge to NSCS clients to help them avoid the costly cultural misunderstandings leading to contract losses, partnership failures, increased employee turnover, quality issues and delivery delays and to be successful in Asia. 


Gilles De Fromont

Gilles has spent a first career as an officer in intelligence and military units and then in special intelligence services of France (D.G.S.E.). There he managed offices specialised in economic and political subjects for South Asian countries from Afghanistan to Indonesia.

Then M.B.A. graduated in french H.E.C. and London Business School, he offered to companies his competencies in competitive intelligence especially applied in strategy, new markets development and company growth. He first developped for Aerospatiale-SNPE J.V. new markets in aircraft and armament systems retrofit by organising industrial cooperations with East and South European countries as well as Mediterranean and Asiatic. Successes in negotiating very important contracts made him asked for implementing this business attitude around competitive intelligence at the Strategy and New businesss Development Direction of Aerospatiale (became Matra Defense and Airbus Industry) headquarters. A new domain of activity, Agriculture and Food Industry gave him the opportunity of Project Director by developing the greatest french database IALINE to become a real competitive intelligence office.

Gilles was then granted several missions as a transition manager for developping SMEs companies for and beside their President and owners; he also accompagnied a few Start-up mainly specialised in B to B industrial, services and IT; as a logical evolution since 2008 he became an independant consultant: missions from discreet to sometines secret, as resolving complex and critical business and political situations including high level and inter-cultural negociations (Ex. nuclear area as AREVA), to SMEs financing and development.
Graduated and trained in personal and group top senior executive and leaders coaching, he also teached Macroeconomy and International Political Organisations in Business Schools, and still teaches Geopolitics and Intercultural and Crisis Communication in the french I.A.E. and Lyon III Law University.

Greatly experienced in evaluating and raising personalities and their projects (possibly in new businesses as security, cloud, AI, blockchain, etc.), Gilles offers both specialities in geopolitics, competitive intelligence, complexity solving and negotiations, and competences in company growth, to lead your projects toward an ambitious and though very secure growth, particularly from France and Europe to Asia by the means of the very operational platform of NSCS.


Holger Numrich

Holger Numrich is a trusted leader with a practical and strategic approach to project management, business development and general management on an international stage. He is passionate and energised about people-centric success. He has a well-developed mix of global skills, bringing a high level of versatility; he’s a clear thinker and decision-maker with a pioneering and ambitious entrepreneurial spirit. An innovator and firm believer in the unstoppable relevance of digital transformation for any business. Holger makes an impact by bringing insight and inspiration.


Holger is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur based in Australia with more than 10 years experience as consultant, executive and founder. Holger consults internationally to online companies, guiding their expansion into new emerging markets. He has worked in the online and e-commerce sector for 8 years, gaining experience in different leadership roles in both Europe and Australia. Holger is passionate about the opportunities and competitive advantages that the internet offers to businesses, and consumers - the sky is the limit! He is dynamic and has a pragmatic approach with crystal clear goals in mind. He sees the potential for the markets in APAC  - he understands the growth potential for corporates from Europe and the US to enter these markets. He has a very strong network in the online space particularly in Germany and Australia.


His global experience includes working for Expedia in Australia and Ernst & Young in Germany. This has shaped his expertise and conviction for the global e-commerce ecosystem, with deep insights into different marketplaces and consumer behaviour. Holger is wired to think systematically, with acute attention to detail and an eye on the objectives, he is naturally opportunistic.

Holger hold various senior management and director positions at online start-ups in Germany and Australia like Become Inc, Solute GmbH/ billiger.de, and Dreamlines Australia – some leading online success stories - he started his own online business, applying his entrepreneurial skills.


At his core, Holger is a team player who supports others wherever possible to achieve their best results for NSCS clients and business partners.


Claire Chai Yang-Sun

Claire CHAI has 23 years of work experience in marketing / general management in consumer / luxury goods, across brands, borders and industries.


As the Chief Marketing Officer of Amore Pacific (2014-2016) in Korea, Claire has played a key role in bringing the company a record-breaking sales growth of 20% against a market growth of 5%, placing the company in the 7th position worldwide. She managed a wide portfolio of beauty brands including luxury (Sulwhasoo), retail (Innisfree, Etude), and premium/mass (Laneige, Mamonde). She boosted the K-beauty trend worldwide by establishing the leadership of breakthrough products, the ingenuity of Korean natural ingredients and the popularity of fast-moving product innovations. She led the digital transformation of the Company including a comprehensive in-house digital content creation, mobile marketing platforms, social media strategy, and consumer data analytics. Between 2010 and 2013, Claire has set up the first Marketing Division of Kia Motors, based in Seoul. She has initiated extensive and innovative marketing activities to elevate the KIA brand worldwide. As a result, KIA brand’s value increased by more than 50% in just 2 years, entering for the first time the Top 100 Global Best Brands in 2012. The same year, KIA became the fastest growing automobile brand worldwide, ranking No.8 in terms of market share.


Prior to that, Claire has progressed through the ranks at L’Oréal for 16 years, in the biggest divisions (consumer and luxury). As the Director of International Development of Lancôme (2003-2009) based in Paris, she has brought the brand to world leadership in the women’s selective beauty market worldwide. From 2000 to 2002, she has launched and managed the Consumer Division of L’Oréal Korea, making it profitable in just two years. Before that, she has played a fundamental role in the early development of the L’Oréal Group in Asia (1995-1999), first as the Marketing Director for the Luxury Division, then as the Marketing Director for the Consumer Division.


Since 2017, Claire has been an independent consultant, working with small/medium/big companies in marketing innovations, business transformations, regional expansions for sustainable and profitable growth, based in Seoul. Claire CHAI obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree from Columbia University (1990) and a Master of Business Administration degree from INSEAD (1993).


Bertrand Goubault De Brugiere

Bertrand carries 20 years of experience promoting highly-specific technologies to very demanding industrial niche-markets. The industries he was involved along these years included Metering (Ultrasonic), Neural Networks (Intelligent Traffic Systems) and last 10 years, Wireless/M2M - IOT (predominantly Metering, Tracking, and Automation).


Based in Hong Kong and Bangkok for 14 years, he initiated local business entities and regional partnerships for his European employers and, consistently delivering innovative and differentiated solutions to his regional clients, subsequently kept executing Sales services for patrons while nurturing a unique ecosystem of technology partners based both in Asia-Pacific and Europe. 


Now focusing on three dynamic IOT markets consisting in Energy (Smart-grid and Smart-cities), Transport (Telematics) and Payment (POS), Bertrand has been growing an ecosystem of IOT professionals with world-class CTO’s in the landscape. He is currently providing business development services and marketing support to R&D team designing IOT systems for these growing markets. His industrial partners include EDF International Networks (France), Mobiwire (France, ex-Sagem Group), Spectra Technologies (Hong Kong), and more.


In a nutshell, he defines his every day’s mission for IOT as to back-up client’s innovation with proven technologies and experts support.


Dorian Bezzina

Dorian is a growth expert with more than 10 years of solid experience and network in Asia.


Graduating with honours in Business Administration from one of the best universities in the region, the Hong Kong Polytechnic university, he powered through experiential marketing, communication and design services on world class events/exhibitions and theme parks, followed by global and regional marketing campaigns for top FMCG and Retail brands such as Nestlé or Philips leaving his mark in both industry accolades and commercial success.


He brings to any company or ventures a great deal of professionalism, entrepreneurship and determination in opening up new areas of growth and opportunities through effective business development, marketing and management.


Most recently, Dorian has been focusing on evolving the Leisure, Travel and Tourism to modern heights in South East Asia by bringing new technologies. He is now based at the heart of a major tourist hub for these industries; Phuket, attracting more than 8 million people every year; and where his mission lies in helping public and private entities to adopt cutting-edge technologies that drive efficiencies and power their growth.


Pierre Cerveau

A seasoned professional with 12 years of experience in Asia Pacific, Pierre is specialized in Business Development, Sales and Marketing Management for industrial manufacturing equipment.


Thanks to a Master’s degree in industrial and mechanical engineering, Pierre has an in depth understanding of modern manufacturing processes and continuously seeks to stay updated on the latest technological developments in the industry.


Throughout his career, Pierre has been responsible for the introduction and adoption of of high end industrial solutions in various key manufacturing and engineering sectors such as automotive, aerospace, O&G, electrical and jewelry production.


Pierre spent the first half of his career with Gravotech, pushing industrial CNC and Laser Engraving solutions to manufacturers for both integrated and standalone applications. Pierre later shifted his focus to 3D Printing and Computer Assisted Design / Engineering software, driving the adoption cutting edge solutions from Voxeljet, Solidscape, Altair and Gemvision in companies seeking to modernize their production process.


Dealing either directly with regional and multinational OEMS, or working through industrial suppliers and system integrators in all parts of APAC, Pierre has acquired a substantial knowledge of the regional manufacturing landscape and built himself a large network within the industry.


Nicci Stewart

Nicci runs two companies, both focusing on entrepreneurial development. The Why Effect offers strategic business advisory services to small and medium businesses. nnfinity is a social enterprise that leverages social capital to empower African women and young entrepreneurs by giving them access to networks and business opportunities. Nicci started her career in the communications field in 1999. She has worked in various sectors of the communications fields; advertising, public relations and integrated communications strategies. In 2008 she started her own communications consultancy working with listed companies and state-owned entities, specialising in statutory and stakeholder communications. In 2015 she shifted her focus to the entrepreneurial space.


Nicci holds two diplomas in strategic marketing and public relations. She is an alum of the Goldman Sachs- GIBS 10 000 Women programme for female entrepreneurs, GIBS Leading Women programme and Austrian Leadership Programmes (ALPS). She holds a User Experience (UX) Design certification. Nicci has spoken at a number of conferences and events around entrepreneurship. 

Danny J. Christ

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Danny has over 20 years of IT, Operations and Supply Chain experience across Germany (home), US, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Philippines.


He managed IT projects (ERP, CRM, POS, BI) and regional expansion (franchise, M&A) for various SMEs in the Consumer Industry, while his career rose to Vice President of an 3500 employees organization. 

Danny served as Head of Partnerships at Chainfund (Switzerland), is currently COO for a Franchise Crypto-Exchange Project, Partner at XCELASIA (Accelerator for Fintech and Blockchain Projects), Founder of Moonwhale Ltd. (Blockchain Advisory for Startups and Corporations).


He is also designated blockchain consultant at Gerson Lehrman Group (US) and NSCS (Malaysia), and serves the advisory board of several Blockchain Startups:


Jeffrey Itell

Jeffrey is an advisor for International Affairs. He is a geopolitical risk adviser and public management expert based in Ho Chi Minh City who has consulted to numerous large international organizations and governments. He served three years with the U.S. Embassy in Afghanistan (2009-2012) and four years with the U.S. Consulate in Frankfurt, Germany (1983-1987).


Recently, he has led and contributed to projects on Brexit, the Arab Spring, conflict resolution, regime stability, terrorism, stabilization, reconstruction, counter-insurgency, governance, accountability, and globalization. His accomplishments include redesigning the United States disaster response plan and the U.S. federal crop insurance program. He has testified before the US Congress on numerous occasions.


He also has been a senior manager in the private sector, providing solutions in enterprise software, disaster and crisis management, academic business enterprises, and real estate. He is a former featured columnist for the Washington Post and regularly contributed as a writer and broadcaster to major newspapers, magazines, television, and radio.


Laurent Jardin

Laurent holds a Master’s degree from Telecom Bretagne (now IMT Atlantique), a leading French engineering school. He worked across all the major countries in the APAC region, working with state of the art solutions to design and lead the delivery of complex enterprise solution for media and broadcast.


He provides thought leadership and expertise in complex mission-critical projects, as well as advice customers on how to improve and maximize the efficiency of their media and broadcast operations. His expertise encompass a wide variety of topics in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment, such as newsroom system, workflow automation, media convergence, multiplatform distribution.


Living in Asia for more than 7 years, Laurent has a deep understanding of working culture and communication challenges in Asia Pacific.


His multidisciplinary knowledge makes Laurent a resourceful collaborator who knows how to adapt to the diversity of the interactions and missions for our customers.


Devid Gubiani

Advisor for Telecoms (4G/5G) and FinTech at N-Strategy Consulting Services. After more than 20 years across Asia, Devid is a seasoned Chief Technology Architect, a recognized Strategist and CTO with an impressive track record in highly competitive sectors such as Telecommunications, Media and FinTech.


Victor Baffet

Joining us as Advisor in Artificial Intelligence. Victor is a seasoned consultant based in Singapore since 2011 who has been assisting various foreign companies in their expansion in South East Asia with market research, market-entry strategy, partner search and setting up of new entities.


He now focuses on deep tech companies, especially artificial intelligence and recently published a mapping entitled “Singapore AI startups“ that got him some publicity.


Victor is also briefing companies on new AI business use cases.


Laurent Tam Nguyen

Entrepreneur and consultant, Laurent is a Senior Business Development & Marketing Specialist with 25+ years experience founding-managing businessesand leading marketing-business development operations in ASEAN and France.


After 15 years as director in Consulting (Arthur Andersen), US Nasdaq listed startup and real estate developer in France, Laurent decided to move to Vietnam in 2007 right after the country joined the WTO.


Based in HCMC since, he has founded 2 companies including Digital Mekong, an innovative marketing agency helping companies develop branding and business development strategies leveraging on freelancing talents (digitalmekong.com).His clients include regional based companies in a wide range of industries such as B2B services, F&B, hospitality, startups…


Within Digital Mekong, he is also acting as a CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) on demand, allowing companies to buildtheir marketing foundationsand teams in an alternative and price efficient way. François Dubrulle

After a decade of corporate citizenship in big multinational companies, Francois Dubrulle has been an entrepreneur, successfully developing several businesses, particularly those that addressed new challenges in the aerospace and telecom sectors.


Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Dubrulle was the risk manager of Alcatel Group in Paris, France, for aerospace technologies, from 1999 to 2004. During this time, he developed and managed a nine-digit portfolio of assets, encompassing new and successful lines of financial services to Alcatel and its clients.


In 1997, he joined SCOR, a world leader in reinsurance, where he was a satellite and launcher underwriter. 


Mr. Dubrulle started his professional career in 1992 with MatraMarconi Space (now Airbus Defence and Space) as a systemsengineer, after which he held positions in the Commercial and Business Development directorate.


Mr. Dubrulle graduated from ISAE Engineering University (Institut Superieurde l’Aeronautiqueet de l’Espace) in Aerospace Engineering, and also holds aMBA and several degrees in innovation, physics, and economy. 


Now cumulating thirty years of experience as an executive in several positions, Mr. Dubrulle excels in strategy, business development and governance. His key expertise is mostly in aerospace, finance and risk management. 


He dedicates his time mentoring young entrepreneurs as well as investing successful start-ups.


Sarel Dika

Sarel is an entrepreneur and MBA graduate with 8+ years of experience in managing impact consulting and M&A projects for private equity firms, impact investors, Japanese conglomerates and startups. His area of expertise includes impact investing, due diligence and corporate strategy.


Prior to MBA, Sarel had extensive experiences specifically in M&A at KPMG Deal Advisory, where he mainly advised buy-side investors who want to acquire local companies in various industries in Indonesia. During the MBA, he did consulting work with a venture capital and accelerator in Madrid, where he conducted M&A/consulting projects for investors and startups across Europe and Africa. Hence, he is proficient in analyzing the business model of startups, market entry options, pricing strategies, competition and brand positioning, as well as identifying key risks and mitigation strategies.


In 2018, he founded an impact startup in Madrid, which is called Seedspact, an equity crowdfunding platform for impact startups/enterprises whose business goals align with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. The project was selected as the semi-finalist at IE’s venture competition in Madrid.


Aliakbar Kassamaly

Aliakbar landed in Mauritius two years ago to start his new professional adventure. Starting from scratch in the import-export industry, learning from scratch both the logistic tricks and the entrepreneur passion to do even more. 


Graduated in Strategic marketing from the Ecole Supérieuredu Commerce Extérieur -ESCE(Paris, France) andfrom Nicholls State University (Louisiana, USA), his professional journey brought him to Amsterdam for 6 years, where he discovered the exciting world of ad-tech industry.

Marcellinus Frederick is currently the Managing Director of Hesed Consulting PLT and prior to this, he has worked with reputable multi-national companies; CAE KL Sdn Bhd, Fuji Xerox and Forest Stewardship Council. He has more than 20 years working experience in various industry; insurance, manufacturing, customer service, printing, NGO and aviation. 


His areas of specialties are education and training, management system (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and FSC/PEFC certification), continuous improvement (process improvement, business process re-engineering, value stream mapping, creative problem solving) and sustainability subjects.

Ludovic Dazin

Ludovic has been a self-taught entrepreneur for over 15 years, even though he had an audiovisual training at the Conservatoire du Cinéma.


A real passionate audiovisual enthusiast since a young age, he began his career as an assistant director at AB production, at that time the largest supplier of streaming content for french channels, then assistant director for several production companies.


After having been director of the productions and programs of several European thematic channels during the 90s, pioneer of digital media and successful audiovisual producer in the 2000s, he turned to other promising horizons from 2007 as the transport of people on motorbikes, crowdfunding or business services.

Jocelyn has a diverse grasp of operations, marketing, sales, online travel technology skillsets and knowledges that spans over more than 12 years in the tourism industry. After developing her business development skills in the online multi-matrix and dynamic environment in AirAsia and Expedia, Jocelyn worked in a start-up travel technology company for airline ancillary product and luxury hotel group in Portugal.

Damien Richard

Graduated from a top French Business School with a Master of Business Administration specialised in International Business and B2B, Damien has close to 10 years’ experience in advisory and leadership positions.


Most recently, from 2012 to 2019, Damien has taken various senior positions leading to his most recent role as Global Head of Sales & Operations for Polyglot Group, a firm offering back office, HR, Payroll and Talent Acquisition Solutions to International companies entering new markets. In this role, he helped Polyglot Group grow from a 30 employees Australian boutique consulting firm to a global SME with close to 100 employees across 5 countries.


Damien is adept to understand the challenges faced by companies expanding globally and setting up local subsidiaries. Zornitza Natcheva

Zornitza is people oriented and results driven professional with extensive, practical experience working across Southeast Asia, North America, Europe, and Africa. She completed both of her Bachelor Degrees with honours from University of South Florida in Business Marketing with a minor in Mass Communications and Fine Arts Photography.

Since then she has worked closely both with the public and private sector leaders of Sierra Leone, South Africa, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan and directed projects driving investments into the country’s key economic sectors. 


Clients she worked with first hand include major multinational market players in various industries such as banking, insurance, media, property development, manufacturing, as well as leading international universities from Asia and Africa.


Her previous role was instrumental in developing FDI Spotlight’s Higher Education brand which focused on building a global network of research and partnership opportunities, strengthening ties between industry and education.


She recognizes that one of the challenges for emerging economies today is creating awareness on the importance of education and the need to adopt modern methods of learning. David Yeh

David W.K. Yeh has over 40 years’of experience at senior executive level and a track record of success. Frank is an advisor to NSCS on the banking, finance and insurance sectors. He started his career on a Eurobond trading desk in London, before moving back to Australia to run sales and marketing teams for software companies across the region. 


Over the last 20 years, Frank has delivered multi-million dollar projects to banking, finance and insurance clients that have focused on change management and efficiency through BPM, AI and RPA. Frank has worked across APAC, partnering with leading organisations such as HSBC, DBS, Citi, SCB and AIA to improve their processes and boost compliance and efficiency around KYC, on-boarding, security and sanction screening.

Andreas has twelve years of experience as a consultant and manager in international consulting, with a focus is on sustainable urban development that enables inclusive economic and low-carbon development. Javeria Ghuman has joined us as Advisor for RegTech. Javeria has worked in Paris, Singapore, Dubai and Amsterdam in various fields. She started her career in Paris at Ingenico Group, a global leader in payment systems before moving for them to Singapore. Javeria’s next career step was with Guggenheim & Associates where she worked as a legal advisor in Singapore and then Dubai. There she started their operations from scratch into a thriving Management Services company.


Always seeking for challenges and having a deep personal interest in financial and blockchain, she took an opportunity to move to a Financial Technology startup in Amsterdam. She was in charge of Regulation and Compliance and helped grow the startup Pritle into a successful business that eventually got acquired by a large bank in the Netherlands.


Javeria is now based in the UAE, where she incorporated her own RegTech consulting company Eunomia Regtech, to advise companies worldwide thanks to her experience.


Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Law and Political Sciences from Paris X Nanterre University and with Honors a Masters Degree in International Business Law from Paris XIII University, she holds as well the Fintech Certification from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.


Philippe Malzac

After graduating in geophysics, Philippe spent more than 35 years in the Oil & Gas industry, where he developed a deep knowledge of the upstream domain. He started with Elf in  the exploration division and was involved in seismic data processing, geophysical  interpretation and management of exploration teams. 

He then moved to R&D as a business manager, at the time when deep offshore  developments just started and when new concepts had to be invented and tested. Later on, he became correspondent in TOTAL headquarters of some Northern Europe  affiliates, contributing to the investment decisions before being in charge of a North  Africa affiliate.  Then, he spent 8 years as Chief Information Officer for TOTAL upstream, managing architecture, infrastructure including High Performance Computing, users support, ERP’s, software development, telecommunication and information management. 

During all these years and more particularly the last ones, data management, analysis and the use of the latest technologies played an important role in helping to solve business  challenges. 

He currently resides in London, where, as a consultant, he advises start-ups and SME’s on data maturity, architecture, governance, management and analytics. 


Christophe Calligaro

Christophe Calligaro has joined us as Advisor for Global Business Operations and Shared Services. With more than 30 years of experience with international corporations in the automotive, electronics and printing in France, Switzerland and the Philippines, Christophe managed teams across the world in Global Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics and Procurement, Order to Cash and then led transfer of activities to Shared Services Centers before relocating and managing a Shared Services Center in the Philippines with more than 2000 employees for Lexmark as CEO Lexmark SSC Philippines.


He holds a MBA and is also graduated from IDM Business School in Lausanne. His main areas of expertise are in business processes and organization transformation, change management, organization design and optimization and digital transformation for Shared Services Centers.


Christophe also started to work as an advisor for start-ups in Switzerland for strategy and processes helping them to develop and grow their business and improve their financial performance.
